About the Package:

Day 1:Swakopmund
You will meet your guide at your accommodation in Windhoek and travel to Swakopmund. Upon arrival in the early afternoon you will check into your hotel, after which you have the rest of the day to your own disposal. In the evening you can enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants that Swakopmund has to offer.

Day 2:Swakopmund
On the second day enjoy the coastal town at leisure, or take part in some of the many activities on offer.

Day 3:Damaraland
After breakfast you travel via the Brandberg, Namibia's highest mountain (2579m), into the Damaraland, one of the least populated and geologically diverse areas in Africa. This harsh, rocky environment is home to the rare Desert Elephant, the Black Rhino and an array of free-roaming antelope species.

Day 4:Etosha Area
You start the morning with a visit to Twyfelfontein, a heritage site where bushman communities engraved and painted over 2500 pictures some 6000 years ago! Close by explore the Burnt Mountain, Organ Pipes and the Petrified Forest - all geological phenomena depicting the creation and evolution of some of the oldest landmasses on earth. Here you also visit the Welwitschia mirabilis plant - the oldest living desert plant on earth! After a visit to a traditional Damara village proceed on to your lodge situated close to the world-renowned Etosha National Park, and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 5:Etosha National Park
The day is devoted purely to the abundant wildlife found in the Etosha National Park, which surrounds a parched salt desert known as the Etosha Pan. The park is home to 4 of the Big Five - Elephant, Lion, Leopard and Rhino - its waterholes supporting a rich diversity of birds and mammals, including rare species such as black-faced Impala, roan, cheetah, and Namibia's smallest antelope, the Damara Dik-Dik.

Day 6:Etosha National Park
Today you again game drive in the Etosha National Park. You may encounter animal species you did not see the previous day and look forward to any new surprises at the different waterholes visited. In the afternoon you will travel to your lodge, where you can enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure and reminisce about the day's exciting events.

Day 7:Return to Windhoek
After breakfast continue southwards to Windhoek, where you visit the craft markets in the main street of the capital city, where after you are driven to your hotel or to the international airport for your return flight.
